The fixtures for Bishop’s Stortford Ladies’ debut in the Vitality National League in Conference League have been announced. Their campaign starts with a trip to South East Champions Guildford coached by former England and GB-international Dan Fox on 24th September. Followed by two home games against very familiar opposition in Ipswich and Chelmsford, who they’ve faced in East leagues in recent years.
“We’re under no illusions how tough the step up to Conference East will be. However, the players will be ready and are really excited about the challenge. Pre-season starts on Tuesday, 3rd August with an Open trial for the Ladies’ 1s. This is aimed at anyone who wants to see if they have what it takes to play National League.
