This summer, more than 30 people joined the Bishop’s Stortford Hockey Club’s Back to Hockey sessions. These sessions are fun, social, and relaxed, designed for those who haven’t played in years or are stepping onto the hockey pitch for the first time.
After 10 weeks of training from Dicky T, they had the chance to put the skills they’d learnt into practice at the B2H Festival hosted at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre.
Bishop’s Stortford Back to Hockey Results
Won 1-0 v Old Loughts, Lost 2-3 v East London, Lost 0-1 v Blackheath, L1-2 v Wapping and two 0-0 draws vs London Wayfarers and Waltham Forest.
A great group of lapsed hockey players. We look forward to seeing you in the new season.
