We provide a wide range of training session to cater for all levels of commitment and ability.

If you are new to the club and not sure which session to attend please contact us.

At your first training, please make yourself known to the coaches and captains so we can assign you a team to play with as soon as possible. Also, make sure you have water and protective equipment such as shin-pads, mouth guards, gloves etc.

*All players to arrive 15 minutes before start of session for registration and warm up.

Players should train with their regular teams as they will have better outcomes on match days. There will inevitably be some ambiguities over the season so please get in touch with club captain Richard Temple (DT) if you have any doubts.
