Junior Performance and Outreach Coach

Mental Health Awareness

This week (10-16 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year focuses on the benefits of nature in supporting positive mental health. Connecting with nature can help prevent mental health issues. This has never been more evident than during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Men’s Summer League has got off to a great start with Team Cooke taking an early lead in the Premiership and Team Kittrell leading the way in the Championship, although Chapman and Taylor have a game to catch up on, with the winner of that jumping to the top of the table.
